Refund Policy

Payment Terms:

The fees’ structure will be decided by the Instructor as per the subject chosen.

You agree to pay to the instructor any fees determined by the Instructor at the time of signing up for the Services. You also agree that you will be solely responsible for payment of any training and all pending dues as well as other amounts that arise in connection with use of the Elegant Training Academy Classes Services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for choosing us as your learning partner. We at Elegant Training Academy ensure that all our learners have a rewarding experience while they explore, assess, and purchase our courses.

As in the case of every online purchase experience, the Refund Policy is governed by terms and conditions. When you enroll in any of our courses, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds:

Any refund request for courses purchased under follows the following criteria:

1. Request raised before the start date of the course: A cancellation fee of 40% of the amount paid will be deducted and the rest amount will be refunded.

2. Request raised after the start date of the course: No requests for cancellation or refund will be accepted after 7 days from the date of the start of the course.

3. Request raised due to cancellation of course: If the institute cancels or discontinues the course a refund will be made based on prorata basis i.e: fees for remaining sessions will be refunded. However, if the course was less than 25% complete at the time of cancellation/ discontinuation, a full refund excluding administrative expenses and taxes will be paid.

4. The fees’ structure will be decided by the academy and will be subject to change from time to time. The change in fees structure will be updated to students from time to time. However, students who have taken admission will have to pay the fees as decided during the admission and will not need to pay any additional amount due to increase in fees.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the student will be processed in 15 working days post intimation by the customer.

Refunds/ Cancellation: Raising Request

Refund or cancellation request can only be raised by writing an email to the ‘elegant.training56@gmail.com’ Elegant Training Academy reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the refund request is approved by Elegant Training Academy.

*For any payments through the card (debit, credit card), transaction charges amounting to 2-3% can be deducted.

*GST amount will be deducted from any transaction, for which the bill has been generated.

Ownership of Course Materials

Elegant Training Academy solely owns all the intellectual property or have obtained the necessary rights relating to the materials used for the open enrolment courses. Title to and the right to determine the disposition of any copyrightable materials first produced under the terms of the agreement solely by the staff shall remain with Elegant Training Academy and will be governed by the Elegant Training Academy intellectual property policies. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Elegant Training Academy content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Elegant Training Academy content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of Elegant Training Academy content requires the prior written permission of the Elegant Training Academy.
